ATG Antriebstechnik konstruiert und produziert kleine, permanentmagnetisch erregte Gleichstrommotoren in Losgrößen von 1 bis 100. Durch eine hohe Fertigungstiefe ist es möglich, die Produkte im hohen Maße individuell und kundenspezifisch herzustellen.
Das Unternehmen ist inhabergeführt und hat ca. 10 Mitarbeiter mit zum Teil langjähriger Betriebszugehörigkeit.
Alle Motoren werden in Deutschland am Standort Kenzingen-Bombach gefertigt. ATG Antriebstechnik nutzt sein eigens entwickeltes Baukastensystem, um daraus schnell und kostengünstig individuelle Varianten zu erstellen. Erstmuster neuer Varianten können je nach Anforderungen in wenigen Tagen bis Wochen konstruiert und geliefert werden.
ATG ist nach DIN ISO 9001 zertifiziert.

Das Unternehmen ATG Antriebstechnik wurde in den 1980er Jahren als Nachfolgeunternehmen der Fritzsche Motoren GmbH gegründet. Seit 2008 ist Dr.-Ing. Ralf Gfrörer Inhaber von ATG Antriebstechnik.
In seinem Qualitätsmanagement hat sich das Unternehmen der systematischen und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung aller Produkte, Leistungen und Abläufe verschrieben. Seit 2011 ist ATG Antriebstechnik nach DIN 9001 zertifiziert.
Zum Erfolg des Unternehmens gehört ein erfahrenes Team, das die stetigen Optimierungen der Produkte und Produktionsabläufe umsetzt und aufrecht hält.
Durch die Spezialisierung auf Kleinserien ist es ATG Antriebstechnik möglich, Motorausführungen genau auf die Anforderungen der verschiedenen Einsatzgebiete anzupassen und Kundenwünschen bis ins Detail nachzugehen.
Produktion
Die Produktions- und Büroräume befinden sich auf einer zusammenhängenden Fläche von über 650 m². Hier finden alle Schritte von der Verwaltung über die Entwicklung bis zur Produktion und Fertigstellung der kundenspezifischen Produkte aus dem Bereich Kleinmotoren und -antriebe statt.
Spezialisiert auf die Fertigung von Einzelstücken wie Muster- und Ersatzmotoren sowie Serien von bis zu einhundert Stück pro Abruf produziert ATG Antriebstechnik mit einer sehr hohen Fertigungstiefe: Die Teile mit der höchsten kundenspezifischen Varianz: Motorwellen und Flanschlagerschilde werden im Haus aus Stangenmaterial spanend auf CNC-Maschinen bearbeitet.
Alle anderen Teile werden großzügig disponiert und gelagert, so dass „Lieferverzug aufgrund von Fehlteilen“ kein Thema ist. Die Einhaltung zugesagter Termine und Leistungen genießt höchste Priorität!
Historie
ATG Antriebstechnik ist ein Nachfolgeunternehmen der langjährig tätigen Fritzsche-Motor GmbH in Lörrach-Haagen. Am 1. Oktober 2008 wurde das Unternehmen vom Gesellschafter der früheren ATG Antriebstechnik GmbH im Zuge der Altersnachfolge übernommen. Geschäftsfeld und Mitarbeiter blieben damals unverändert - das sicherte einen reibungslosen Übergang.
Der heutige Inhaber Dr. Ralf Gfrörer führt das Unternehmen seither mit „Herzblut“ und großem Engagement kontinuierlich weiter.
Dr.-Ing. Ralf Gfrörer studierte Elektrotechnik an technischen Universitäten in Berlin und Kaiserslautern. Er spezialisierte sich auf die elektromechanische Energiewandlung und war in führenden Positionen in verschiedenen Unternehmen der elektrischen Antriebstechnik erfolgreich tätig. Jahrelang war er nebenher als Lehrbeauftragter an der Hochschule Offenburg Dozent für elektrische Antriebe.
Company
ATG Antriebstechnik designs and manufactures small, permanent magnet DC motors in batch sizes from 1 to 100, with a high vertical range of manufacture which makes it possible to produce highly individual and customized products.
The company is owner-managed and has about 10 employees, some of whom have been with the company for many years.
All motors are manufactured in Germany at the Kenzingen-Bombach site. ATG Antriebstechnik uses its specially developed modular system to create individual variants quickly and cost-effectively. Initial samples of new variants can be designed and delivered within just a few days to weeks, depending on requirements.
ATG is certified according to DIN ISO 9001.
Overview
ATG Antriebstechnik was founded in the 1980s as the successor company to Fritzsche Motoren GmbH. Since 2008 Dr.-Ing. Ralf Gfrörer has been the owner of ATG Antriebstechnik.

By specialising in small series, ATG Antriebstechnik is able to adapt motor designs exactly to the requirements of various fields of applications and to follow customer wishes to the tiniest detail.
Production
The production facility and offices are located on a continuous area of over 650 m². All steps from administration and development, to production and completion of customized products in the field of small motors and drives take place here.
ATG Antriebstechnik specialises in the production of individual items such as sample and replacement motors as well as series of up to one hundred units. The parts with the highest customized variance: motor shafts and flanged bearing shields are machined in-house from bar stock on CNC machines.
All other parts are generously planned and stored, so that "delivery delays due to missing parts" are not an issue. Hitting deadlines and offering great services has the highest priority!
History
ATG Antriebstechnik is a successor company of the long-time active Fritzsche-Motor GmbH in Lörrach-Haagen. On the 1st of October 2008 the company was handed down to the shareholder of the former ATG Antriebstechnik GmbH for reasons of age. Business field and employees remained unchanged at that time - this ensured a smooth transition.
The current owner, Dr. Ralf Gfrörer, has been managing the company with "heart and soul" and great commitment ever since.
Dr.-Ing. Ralf Gfrörer studied electrical engineering at technical universities in Berlin and Kaiserslautern. He specialized in electromechanical energy conversion and successfully held leading positions in various companies in the field of electrical drive technology. For years he was also a lecturer for electric drives at the University of Applied Sciences in Offenburg.
